Exhibitor Map & Placement

In our virtual forum platform, Exhibitors will be listed alphabetically in the EXPO. You will be able to scroll across and see each exhibitor’s booth or search a list to find an exhibitor.

Uploading Your Exhibitor Booth with Your Materials

Once you have registered and paid for your virtual exhibit booth, you will receive instructions to upload your banners, materials and other information to your booth. All uploads will begin on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 and conclude by Monday, April 19, 2021.

Instructions will be provided prior to the event through special instructions. Our event team will be available to assist you if you have any questions. Email liz@sackscom.com to schedule a time to speak or receive additional technical assistance.

Show Hours

The EXPO is open throughout the event, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and attendees may check-in, visit the booth, video, chat and download booth materials prepared for that purpose.

Exhibitor Booth Layout

Exhibitors can select a booth layout that can be customized to include banner, videos, signage and materials.

Booth Rules

Each booth should have at least one person staffing it during all show hours. If you are unable to staff your booth at any time during the event, you can leave a message, noting your return time or provide materials that can be downloaded.

BTEA Members: $75, Non-BTEA Members: $99

WHAT IS THE ATENDEE REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

The deadline to register for the event is Monday, April 26, 2021.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION OR EXHIBIT RESERVATION?

Attendee and Exhibitor Registration Cancellations and Refund Policy
Registration & Exhibitor cancellation requests must be received in writing.

  • You can cancel without any penalty prior to Friday, March 26, 2021.
  • Cancellations made between Saturday, March 27, 2021 and Sunday, April 11, 2021 will be subject to a 50 percent processing fee per registrant.
  • Any cancellations received after Monday, April 12, 2021 will not be refunded.

If you do not receive confirmation of such cancellation or request for refund within 48 hours of submission, please contact Michelle Cast at mcast@sackscom.com. Please allow several weeks for processing.
